1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using GetPicSwipe ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

GetPicSwipe is a photo organization app that allows you to quickly sort through your photo library by swiping to keep or delete photos. All photo processing happens locally on your device.

3. Subscriptions and Purchases

GetPicSwipe offers optional in-app purchases including:

• Monthly Subscription: Auto-renewable subscription billed monthly. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Lifetime Access: One-time purchase that unlocks premium features permanently.

Auto-Renewable Subscription Terms

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the photos you choose to delete using the App.
• Deleted photos are moved to the "Recently Deleted" album on your device and can be recovered within 30 days (per Apple's policy).
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
• You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purposes.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by GetPicSwipe and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your information.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetPicSwipe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data or photos, arising out of your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated terms within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
